Organised after a gap of 5 years on a smaller scale, Tex-Styles India 2016 had participation of 63 participants. The participating companies displayed a wide variety textile products ranging from yarns, fibres, fabrics, home furnishings, apparel, textile accessories and gifts. The quality of the products displayed was of high quality and the markets of the participating companies included developed and quality conscious markets including Europe, USA and Japan. Madhya Pradesh was the Focus State in the show.

Besides the exhibition, a Theme Pavilion presenting the depiction the various forms and glory of Indian Textiles by J D Institute of Design was appreciated by the visitors. The Trend Forum, World Institute of Design gave an astute representation of the future trends likely to prevail in the coming seasons.

Tex-Styles India'2016 Show was visited by around 1600 business visitors which include more than 300 overseas buyers and buying agents. The buyers were from 25 countries including Australia, USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Philippines, Russia, Malaysia, Nepal, Bangladesh, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Pakistan, Singapore, Ghana etc.
