TENDER NOTICE
Sub: Australian International Sourcing Fair , Melbourne - Engagement of travel agents for travel, boarding and lodging arrangements for the exhibitors India Trade Promotion Organisation (A Government of India Enterprise) under the Ministry of Commerce will be organizing national participation at Australian International Sourcing Fair scheduled to be held at Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre from November 17-19, 2010. About 50 Indian companies are expected to participate in the show and about 100 representatives of these companies are expected to attend the exhibition. The reputed tour and travel companies having experience in handling the trade delegations abroad are requested to forward their offers as per following package for coordinating the travel, boarding & lodging arrangements of the exhibitors.
The selected agency will have to settle bills directly with the exhibitors and ITPO will have no financial bearings whatsoever in this regard. The sealed offers along with the profiles of the companies with past experience of handling of ITPO’s fairs should reach Shri V. Kumar, Deputy General Manager, ITPO, Room No 210, Pragati Bhawan , Pragati Maidan latest by September 29, 2010, 3.00PM. ITPO reserves the right to cancel any offer or to summarily reject all the offers without assigning any reason.
