NO.TDMD:TEX-STYLES INDIA 2007: 06 COMPUTERTISED REGISTRATION AT TEX-STYLES INDIA 2007. India Trade Promotion Organisation will be organising Asia's premier textile show i.e. Tex-Styles India 2007 from February 27- March 2, 2007 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The show will open to the trade visitors only from 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM and visitors will be monitored through computerised registration. The complete registration job, inter alia, involves the following : • Installing 16 computer systems (Minimum P-IV with Flat Monitor) and 8 laser printers (with toner) alongwith CVT/UPS at the Registration Desk in Hall No. 8 on 26th February, 2007 i.e. one day prior to the Show. Necessary furniture and electrical power points will be provided by ITPO. • Providing services of 25 data entry operators for feeding information into the Computer, based on the registration forms/Business cards across the counters. • Developing appropriate programme/software for on-line registration as well as data entry. • Providing back up support including services of supervisers/engineers. • Providing guidance to the visitors for filling up the form properly. • Generating business visitor badge containing information like name of the visitor, company, country, date, etc. on a pre-printed stationery. Pre-printed stationery (badges, Registration forms) will be arranged by ITPO. • Inserting the badge into a poly pouch and handing over the same alongwith publicity materials to the visitors. Poly pouch will be arranged by ITPO. • Generating report on visitors turn-out covering countrywise statement as well as brief summary of visitors and submitting to ITPO daily. " Feeding complete details of the visitors based on the registration forms and pre-registration forms. • Generating detailed profiles of the visitors in hard copy as well as in CD-Rom (2 copies) and submitting the same to ITPO after conclusion of the fair. • The Registration Counters will be operational half an hour earlier and will be closed after taking outputs in the evening. • Information on the visitors is to be kept strictly confidential and will not be disseminated to anyone in any form. Failure to do so could result in legal action. 2. Agencies interested in undertaking the above job may submit their lowest quotations as per the enclosed format immediately. The quotations will be submitted by sealed cover subscribing "Quotations for Computerised Registration at Tex-Styles India 2007" at ITPO, Pragati Bhawan (Room No. 224), Pragati Maidan, New Delhi -110001 immediately and latest by January 15, 2007 ( Monday) upto 5.30 PM. ITPO has the right to reject any quotations without assigning any reason. If they have undertaken similar type of job in the past, the same may be mentioned while submitting quotations.
