India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO), a premier trade promotion organization, manages India’s Premier trade fair complex, Pragati Maidan in New Delhi.   ITPO has several types of sofas, several types of chairs, various type of settee’s etc. ITPO invites sealed technical and commercial bids from eligible companies/ Government approved contractors for award of work for up keeping, running, maintenance/repair and upholstery of sofas, chairs various type, settee’s etc. The bid will be submitted in two parts. First part of the bid called “Technical Bid “will be submitted in prescribed Performa (Annexure-I) to be put in a sealed cover super scribed as “Technical Bid for up keeping, running, maintenance/repair and upholstery of sofas, chairs various type, settee’s etc. Second part of the bid called “ Financial Bid “  will be submitted in prescribed Performa             (Annexure-II) to be put in a sealed cover super scribed as “ Financial Bid” for up keeping, running, maintenance/repair and upholstery of sofas, chairs various type, settee’s etc. 
Important Information-         
Cost of tender document Rs. 200/-+ includes 5% DVAT, total Rs.210/- through demand/bank draft favoring ITPO.  (To be submitted in   Envelope -1 along with tender document who uploaded from our site). The tender cane be taken from the office of the under signed after depositing Rs210/- in cash in ITPO, cash section. 

Earnest money deposit

Rs. 8000/- through demand/bank draft favoring ITPO. (To be submitted in   Envelope – 
1 along with tender document)
