India Trade Promotion Organisation (A Government of India Enterprise) invites sealed bids from the interested parties for the sale of following items on ‘AS IS WHERE IS BASIS’  at Sub-station No.5&10, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The last date of receiving the bids is  29.06.2012,  at 3.00 pm. The bids must be deposited in Tender Box kept in the Room of Manager (Electrical), Room No.147, Pragati Bhawan, Gate No. 3, ITPO, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The bids will be opened on the same day at 4.00 pm in the presence of bidders. The tender Forms will be sold upto 4:00 pm by 26.06.2012. The bidders may inspect the items on ALL working days between 11:00 am to 4:00 pm and on 28.06.2012 upto 4.00 PM.

Bids have to be submitted on prescribed tender document. The tender document can be collected in person on payment of Rs.525/- (Rupees five hundred twenty five only) (Non-refundable & non transferable) by Demand Draft in favour of “India Trade Promotion Organisation” or in cash to be deposited in Cash Section of ITPO from 15.06.2012 to 26.06.2012 from 11.00 am. to 4.00 pm.  from the office of the  Manager(Electrical), India Trade Promotion Organistion, Room No.147, Pragati Bhawan, Near Gate No.3, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001. The earnest money of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty  thousand only)  should be deposited in the form of demand Draft in favour of “India Trade Promotion Organisation” or be deposited in cash with Cash Section, ITPO.

Bidder may also download the Tender document from ITPO’s website www.indiatradefair.com .  However, the cost of the tender document and EMD should be form of Demand Draft on or before 26.06.2012. in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation payable at  New Delhi.   Otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.

Note:  12% DVAT on the sale /auction goods amount will have to be paid by the purchaser.
