Subject:Selection an agency for providing of buses on hiring basis during IITF’12.

India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO), a premier trade promotion organization, manages India’s Premier trade fair complex, Pragati Maidan in New Delhi. ITPO invites sealed technical and commercial bids from eligible companies/ Government approved contractors for award of work for hiring of CNG buses/ Mini buses with drivers for use during India International Trade Fair’2012 in the month of November’2012. The bid will be submitted in two parts. First part of the bid called “Technical Bid “will be submitted in prescribed Performa (Annexure-I) to be put in a sealed cover super scribed as “Technical Bid for hiring of CNG buses/ Mini buses during IITF’12. Second part of the bid called “ Financial Bid “ will be submitted in prescribed Performa (Annexure-II) to be put in a sealed cover super scribed as “ Financial Bid” for hiring of CNG buses/ Mini Buses during IITF’12 .

Cost of tender document Rs. 200/-+ includes 5% DVAT, total Rs.210/- through demand/bank draft favoring ITPO. (To be submitted in Envelope -1 along with tender document who uploaded from our site). The tender can be taken from the office of the under signed after depositing Rs210/- in cash in ITPO, cash section or D/D in favor of “ India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi.”

Earnest money deposit Rs. 15,000/- through Demand Draft favoring ITPO. (To be submitted in Envelope –1 along with tender document)
