TENDER NOTICE

               India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO),  invites sealed technical and commercial bids from eligible companies/ Government approved contractors for award of work for hiring of commercial  AC/Non- AC cars make Maruti – SX4/Accent/ Tata Indigo/ Indica/Wagon-R/ Innova/Ambassador of 2010 or later model in excellent condition for use in the month of November’2012. The bid will be submitted in two parts. First part of the bid called “Technical Bid “will be submitted in prescribed Performa (Annexure-I) to be put in a sealed cover super scribed as “Technical Bid for  hiring of commercial cars during IITF’12. Second part of the bid called “ Financial Bid “  will be submitted in prescribed Performa (Annexure-II) to be put in a sealed cover super scribed as “ Financial Bid” for hiring of commercial cars during IITF’12 .

Important Information-           

Cost of tender document Rs. 500/-+ 5% DVAT, total Rs.525/- through demand draft favoring ITPO. (To be submitted in Envelope -1 along with tender document who downloaded from our site). The tender document can be taken from the office of the under signed after depositing Rs.525/- in cash in ITPO, cash section or D/D in favour of “ India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi.”

Earnest money deposit  Rs. 20,000/- through Demand Draft favoring ITPO. (To be submitted in Envelope –1 along with tender document)

Last date for submission of sealed bids - 09-08-2012 by 3.00 PM

Opening of Technical bids - 09-08-2012 after submission of Bids at 4.00PM.
