Subject:  Providing Drivers, filling of CNG, running of trolleys, repair and maintenance and supervising proper plying of 13 trolleys and 3 battery operated golf carts during the fairs.

 India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO), invites sealed technical and commercial bids from eligible companies/ Government approved contractors for appointment of an Agency who can provide drivers, run, repair and maintain 13 trolleys, and also supervise the entire operation for various fairs including IITF’12.The bid will be submitted in two parts. First part of the bid called “Technical Bid “will be submitted in prescribed Performa (Annexure-I) to be put in a sealed cover super scribed as “Technical Bid for Providing Drivers, filling of CNG, repair and maintenance and supervising proper plying of 13 trolleys and 3 battery operated golf carts during the fairs. Second part of the bid called “ Financial Bid “  will be submitted in prescribed Performa (Annexure-II) to be put in a sealed cover super scribed as “ Financial Bid” for Providing Drivers, filling of CNG, repair and maintenance and supervising proper plying of 13 trolleys and 3 battery operated golf carts during the fairs.
