India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), a Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Govt. of India, is engaged in trade promotion activities through Trade Fairs / Exhibitions, Buyer-Seller Meets, etc.

ITPO is organising the first Auto Ancillary Show in Pune from Oct. 18-21, 2012. 

We are attaching herein the details with prerequisites for prospective bidders/ proposer (Publishers/ Media House).

ITPO intends to intend to enter into agreement with Publisher/ Media house as a Knowledge-cum-Media Partner to provide Auto Industry related inputs and guidance to strategize the Show.

The details of Scope of work anticipated/ expected from the bidder/ proposer, Terms and conditions, Technical Bid Form–A and financial Bid Form-B are attached here in for your ready reference.

It is requested to submit your bid/ proposal in the specified format in two separate envelopes First envelope would be containing Pre-qualification bid/ proposal and second envelope would contain financial and both these envelope would be placed in third envelope and submit to Jawahar Gupta Senior Manager, India trade Promotion Organisation, Room No. 225, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, Delhi-110001 latest by 3.30 PM on 31.07.2012.

Kindly note that you may  be required  to give a Presentation in this regard at Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan,  New Delhi.
