Sub:  Denting/Painting/Change of Seat Cover/upholstery, Mechanical, Electrical Repair and other misc. Work of Swaraj Mazda CNG Operated trolleys and Golf Cart.

Sir,

          Sealed quotation are invited for Denting/ painting and Repairing of 13 Nos. of  Swaraj Mazda trolleys from authorized dealer of the manufacturer M/s.Swaraj Mazda Ltd., and 3 Nos. of Golf Carts as per job sheet enclosed at Annexure –I.

          All the trolleys and Golf Cart will be required to be operated in Pragati Maidan during fairs including our mega event India International Trade Fair 2012 to be held from November,14-27,2012.

          Please note that all jobs are required to be carried out in ITPO’s premises at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The trolleys and Golf Cart can be inspected on any working day between 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM. The last date of submission of Tender is 12.9.2012 at 3.00 PM & the quotation will be opened at 4.00 PM on the same day. i.e.12.9.2012.
