TENDER NOTICE
Sub: Tender Notice for Cairo International Fair, Cairo, March 11-22, 2010.
India Trade Promotion Organisation (A Government of India Enterprise) under the Ministry of Commerce will be organizing national participation at Cairo International Fair 2010 scheduled to be held at Cairo Fair Grounds, Cairo, (Egypt) from March 11-22, 2010. About 40 Indian companies are expected to participate in the show and about 100 representatives of these companies are expected to attend the exhibition. The offers from the reputed tour and travel companies having experience in handling the trade delegations abroad are requested to forward their offers for coordinating the travel, boarding & lodging arrangements of the exhibitors. The selected agency will have to settle bills directly with the exhibitors and ITPO will have no financial bearings whatsoever in this regard. The sealed offers along with the profiles of the companies with past experience of handling of ITPO’s fairs should reach Shri R.K. Maggo, Deputy Manager, ITPO, Room No 230, Pragati Bhawan , Pragati Maidan latest by January 18, 2010, 3.00PM. ITPO reserves the right to cancel any offer or to summarily reject all the offers without assigning any reason. Hukumchand T.
