Subject: Tender Notice for Restaurant Service of ILGF 2011.

The Regional Manager ( Kolkata ) , India Trade Promotion Organisation ( ITPO ), International Trade Facilitation Centre at 1/1, Wood Street, Kolkata-700 016  invite offers/bids on licence fee basis at an estimated cost of Rs. 10,000/-  ( ten thousand ) for the operation of Restaurant during 16th International Leather Goods Fair to be held at Netaji Indoor Stadium , Kolkata February 25-27, 2011 as per terms and conditions indicated in the tender document. 
  
Space will be provided to the Restaurant. The restaurateur will pay actual electricity and water charges at ITPO’s approved rates and also furnish their area in addition to the licence fee. 
  
Offers should reach in sealed covers latest by 3.00 pm on 4th  February, 2011 in the following address .

Terms & Conditions 
1. In the hot and cold beverages , only tea, coffee, soft drinks , packed fruit juices , bottled mineral water etc. shall be allowed to be sold.  Alcoholic beverages are not allowed. All ready to eat food items , sandwiches and other fast food items etc. should be prepared and packed in hygienic manner. 
2.  Fire norms should be followed by the licencee 
3. Space will be provided and the licencee shall have to arrange for sufficient number of tables , chairs  and fabrications of stall etc. at their own cost and risk.
4. Electricity connection will be provided. The electricity connection given shall only be used for dispensing machines, electric oven and lighting etc. of the Restaurant and no other commercial purpose. Electricity charges as per ITPO rates shall be payable. 
5. The company shall be responsible for the waste disposal and proper hygienic conditions in and around restaurant. Eco friendly disposal material shall only be allowed to be used.
