The Manager (Civil), Engineering Division, Room No.142, ITPO Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of the CMD, ITPO invites pre-qualification applications from specilised/reputed agencies in the exhibition for the following work:

Sub: Construction of stalls with pre fab Octonorm System for Selected fair for the year 08-09 and 09-10. (On Hire Basis)

» Should have satisfactorily completed the work of Stand construction in exhibitions of minimum 4000 Sqm in a single event during the last three years. The completion certificate issued by the concerned organization regarding the work executed has to be enclosed.

» Availability with the tenderer of Octonorm System & Components necessary for construction of at least 5000 Sqm area of exhibition stands.


» Should have had average annual financial turn-over of Rs. 1.00 Crore (One crores only) on Exhibition works during last three years ending 31st March 08.

» Should associate licensed electrical contractor of appropriate class enlisted/registered with CPWD for carrying out the work of internal / external electrification.

All the agencies who qualify as per the above criteria shall submit above details including their company profile and also put up the samples of booths as per drawing up to 3.00 PM on 30-12-2008 at Hall No 1 Pragati Maidan. (Drawing either can be downloaded or obtained from the office of Manager (Civil), Engineering Division, Room No.142, ITPO Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

Only the agencies who qualify the minimum criteria as above and whose samples are found suitable, shall be asked to purchase the bid documents for each design and submit the financial bids. The detail of submission of bids shall be informed separately to the qualified agencies only.

The department reserves the right to reject any prospective application and sample of booth without assigning any reason and to restrict the list of pre-qualified contractors to any number.
