Subject : Setting up of Business Centre/Cyber Cafe

      The 13th Edition of Tex-Styles India 2007 will be organized by ITPO at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from Feb.27 to March 2, 2007. For the facility of participants, business visitors from India and overseas, we propose to set up Business Centre/Cyber Cafe in Hall from February 26 to March 2, 2007.

      We would be requiring Cyber Cafe with at least Pentium 4 with Multi Media and Modem with Colour Monitor (flat). Rate to be quoted per day and for 5 days for each Computer with Colour Printer. We will also be requiring the following, free of charges in the Business Centre.

      1. Photocopy Machine
      2. Fax & Telephone with ISD & STD with incoming & outgoing facilities

       The rates to be charged from customers for Photocopy, Fax (incoming and outgoing) and STD/ISD Telephone may be quoted against each which will be collected by you directly.

       You are requested to send us your quotations for the above by 29th January. 2007.
