Sub: Commercial Space at India Pavilion in Expo 2010, Shanghai(China) - Notice inviting bids

In the Commercial Section of India Pavilion, shops are available for Indian company to showcase/sell their products i.e. souvenirs, handicrafts, giftware, etc in India Pavilion at Expo 2010, Shanghai (China) for the balance period of May 01 – October 31, 2010.

Minimum reserve price per shop (for the whole duration of Expo) : Rs. 75,51,100/- (service tax Rs 10.3% extra).
Last date of submission of bids : 16.7.2010 (3.00 PM)
Opening of bids : 16.7.2010 ( 3.30 PM)
Allotment procedure : 1. To be allotted to highest bidder

2. Draw of lots in case of same price

3. If adequate response is not received, shops will be allotted on first-come-first-served basis with full amount till the allotment of all shops
Cost of Tender Document : Rs. 1000/-
