SUB: Commercial Space at India Pavilion in Expo 2010, Shanghai(China) - Notice inviting bids

In the Commercial Section of India Pavilion, one shop is available for allotment to Indian company to showcase/sell their products i.e. souvenirs, handicrafts, giftware, etc in India Pavilion at Expo 2010, Shanghai (China) for the balance period of May 01 – October 31, 2010.

Last date of submission of bids   10-8-2010 (3.00 PM)
Opening of bids   10-8-2010 ( 3.30 PM)

Allotment procedure

   1. To be allotted to highest bidder 2. Draw of lots in case of same price

Details of Tender Document are available in the website www.indiatradefair.com. Reserve price fixed per shop for the whole duration of Expo is Rs. 75. 51 lakhs

( ST extra). The bids in sealed envelope alongwith full bid amount should be sent by post to/submitted at India Trade Promotion Organsiation, Pragati Bhawan, Room No. 224, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi -110001.
