Sub: Quotation for Security arrangements for 24th India International Leather Fair.(IILF'09) during January 31 - February 3, 2009.

Regional Manager (Chennai), India Trade Promotion Organisation, 72, Raja Annamalai Building, 2nd Floor, Rukmani Lakshmipathy Road, Egmore, Chennai-600 008 invites sealed quotation for security arrangements during 24th India International Leather Fair (IILF), January 31 - February 3, 2009 at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, Chennai.

Security arrangements are required round the clock for the entire fair period. The security personnel would be required during day and night shifts of 12 Hrs. duties from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm and 9.00 pm to 9.00 am as per the details given below:

Security agencies complying with the requirements, as per terms and conditions, mentioned in the tender form are invited to send their sealed quotations for the above jobs. The quotations should be submitted on the letterhead of the agency, duly signed by the authorized signatory and stamped, on or before 12th January 2009 upto 3.00 PM superscribing the name of the job on the envelope, at the following address:



The quotation will be opened on 12th January 2009 at 4.00 PM in the presence of the agencies who wish to be present. ITPO reserves the right to award the job to any agency irrespective of being the lowest quotationer.

Note: Security Agencies based in Chennai City Region will only be considered.
