1. Sealed technical bids and financial bids are invited in separate envelopes from the manufacturers/suppliers for supply of 10 numbers of CNG trolleys having seating capacity of 20 persons, and 1 golf cart having seating capacity of 6 persons, as per the existing design of these vehicles parked at India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi 110 001

2. Technical bids will give complete details of the manufacturers/suppliers to be selected for submitting the financial bids. The technical bids should contain the following, for which marks will be awarded as per the limit indicated against each item to each manufacturer/supplier :

. Technical bids will also contain complete technical specifications, maintenance requirements, etc.

4. Financial bids should include initial price of the vehicle, mode of payment, Central/State taxes, road tax, if applicable and charges for delivery of the vehicles at ITPO's headquarters at Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

5. Further, the manufacturer/supplier should not have suffered from any loss during the last 3 financial years. The manufacturers/suppliers will submit their annual/financial audited reports for the last 3 years alongwith technical bids. A copy each of the last income tax clearance certificate, and registration certificate, if any, of the manufacturer/supplier should also be enclosed with the technical bid.

6. The manufacturers/suppliers who score minimum 80% marks in technical bids, will be selected for opening of their financial bids for which they will be informed separately.

7. Technical bids and financial bids, alongwith the above documents in separate sealed covers, superscribing the envelope "Technical Bid" and "Financial Bid" respectively, may be submitted by 5th October, 2007 by 3.00 p.m. The sealed bids may be dropped in the Tender Box kept in Room No. 40-A (General Section), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 4.00 p.m. in Room No. 121, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi in the presence of the bidders or their representatives. The date and time of opening of financial bids of selected manufacturers/suppliers will be intimated separately.

8. ITPO reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.

9. The trolleys and the golf cart are required to be delivered by 7th November, 2007 positively.
