SCHEDULE OF WORK

SCOPE OF WORK
A. Providing of stage lighting system for (1) Hamsadhwani Theatre (2) Shakuntalam Theatre (3) Falaknuma Theatre (4) Lal Chowk Theatre (5) Kadambri Theatre / Amphi Theatre & (6) Shringar Theatre as per specifications given below and its operation.

B. Providing of various stage props. For Hamsadhwani Theatre, Shakuntalam Theatre and other theatre etc. as may be required. These are indicated item-wise in the attached form of quotations.

Note :
All the above item to be provided on daily rental basis. The theatres are required to be operative for stage in IITF and other programs etc . The average duration of programme in the above theatres are likely to be operative for a few days from time to time during the year also.

(1) SPECIFICATIONS FOR INSTALLATION OF LIGHTS FOR HAMSADHWANI THEATRE:
LIGHT FITTINGS COMPLETE WITH LAMPS AS FOLLOWS:-

i). 1000 watts plan convex halogen spot light to be installed on tabular supports existing near the stage marked ''A'' - 10 Nos. on each pillar-total 20 nos.

ii). 1000 watts halogen flood (hall lighting) from various existing pillars - 10 nos.

iii). 1000 watts profile spot light 8 nos. per pillar on 2 existing pillars market ''B'' - total 16 nos.

iv). 1000 watts halogen spot light with plan convex lens 2 nos. per pillar on 2 existing pillars market "C" - total 4 nos.

v). Dimmer control board for individual or group control of various lights -1 set as required.

vi). Clamps, cables, extra switch gears etc. as required.

vii). Colour filters, step ladders , spare lamps and other spares as required.

viii). All the above light fixtures to be duly mounted on our pillars alongwith cabling as required.

ix). Dimmer control is to be located in the light control room.

x). The tenderer will have to augment lighting with further light fixtures complete with stands for the stage, if so required.

xi). The tender shall submit a sketch showing the various connections to the Dimmer control and specifications of the light fittings and lamps.

xii) Tenderer will have to provide trained and licensed operators as required to cover various programmes and functions on the stage.

xiii) The tenderer will be responsible for adjustment of the light as required for various programmes including replacement of lamps putting up colour filters etc.

xiv) The tenderer shall have sufficient stock of spare lamps etc. at site.

xv) The tenderer shall provide 4 nos. battery operated emergency lights.

xvi) The tenderer shall provide an intercom system between the green rooms and the light and sound control room

A (2). SPECIFICATIONS FOR INSTALLATION & OPERATION OF LIGHTS FOR SHAKUNTALAM THEATER:
LIGHT FITTING COMPLETE WITH LAMPS AS FOLLOWS:-

i) 1000 watts plano convex halogen spot to be installed on the poles near stage 2 nos. each pillar - total 8 nos.

ii) 1000 watts plano convex halogen light to be installed on side ladder in side the stage - 10 nos.

iii) 1000 watts halogen flood hall lighting - 4 nos.

iv) Appropriate Dimmer Control.
v) Clamps, Cables, Extra switches, colour filters, spare lamps and other spares as required.

vi) Provision of installation of 4 nos. battery operated emergency lights.

vii) The operating staff shall be duly trained and licenced.

A. (3) SPECIFICATIONS FOR INSTALLATION & OPERATION OF LIGHTS FOR FALAKNUMA THEATRE :

LIGHT FITTINGS COMPLETE WITH LAMPS AS FOLLOWS :-

i) 1000 watts plano convex halogen spot to be hung from the supports provided near stage 6 nos. on each pillar- 12 nos.

ii) 1000 watts plano convex halogen spot lights on stands with colour- 6 nos.

iii) 1000 watts halogen flood hall light - 4 nos.

iv) Appropriate dimmer control.

v) Clamps, cables, extra switch gears etc. as required.

vi) Colour filters, spare lamps and other spares on required.

vii) 4 nos. battery operated emergency lights to be provided.

NOTE :
All the above lights fixtures to be duly mounted on pillars alongwith cabling as required.

A.(4) SPECIFICATIONS FOR INSTALLATION & OPERATION OF LIGHTS FOR LAL CHOWK THEATRE :
LIGHT FITTINGS COMPLETE WITH LAMPS AS FOLLOWS :-

i) 1000 watts plano convex halogen spot lights to be hung from existing 'T' shapped poles (9 lights on each pole) Total- 18 nos.

ii) 1000 watts halogen flood for audience area lighting - 4 nos.

iii) Appropriate dimmer control board.

iv) Emergency lights - 4 nos.

v) Clamps, cables, colour filters, spare lamps other spares as required.

A.(5) SPECIFICATIONS FOR INSTALLATION & OPERATION OF LIGHTS FOR KADAMBRI THEATRE /AMPHI THEATRE :

LIGHT FITTING COMPLETE WITH LAMPS AS FOLLOWS :-

i) 1000 watts plano convex halogen lights to be hung from existing 'T' shaped poles - 9 lights each pole , Total - 18 lights.

ii) 1000 watts halogen flood for audience area - 4 nos.

iii) Appropriate dimmer control board.

iv) Emergency lights -4 nos.

v) Clamps, cables , colour filters, spare lamps & other spares as required.

A.(6) SPECIFICATIONS FOR INSTALLATION & OPERATION OF LIGHTS FOR SHRINGAR THEATRE :

LIGHT FITTINGS COMPLETE WITH LAMPS AS FOLLOWS :-

i) 1000 watts plano convex halogen spot lights to be hung from existing 'T' shaped poles (9 lights on each pole) Total - 18 nos.

ii) 1000 watts halogen flood for audience area lighting - 4 nos.

iii) Appropriate dimmer control board.

iv) Emergency lights - 4 nos.

v) Clamps, cables, colour filters, spare lamps, other spares as required.

B. PROVIDING VARIOUS STAGE PROPS :

The details and specifications of the stage props likely to be required on hire basis are indicated below :-
i) PAR - 64

ii) 500 watts spot light complete with stands.

iii) Profile spot (1000 watt)

iv) 1000 watts halogen light complete with stands.

v) Baby halogen (500 watts)

vi) 1 kw follow spot.

vii) 2 kw follow spot

viii) 1.2 H.M.I. follow spot

ix) 24 kw electronic dimmer with 12 ch. Controller. a) Analag / digital

x) 48 kw dimmer with 24 ch. Controller.

xi) providing of dark blue or black back drop curtain to be stretch across the poles marked (p) at the back of hamsadhwani stage approx , height 5.8 mtrs. and length 14 mtrs. suitable G. I. steel wire or rope as the case may be provided to preve swinging of back drop screen in the wind. The cloth has to double folded from and back.

xii) Provision of 2 nos. of side wings at approx. size 6.8 mtrs. 5.6 mtrs. complete with support.

xiii) Provision of approx 8 nos. of side wings of black dark blue on wooden frame alongwith supports . size of each 12X4 app inclusive of reaction and dismantling rate for each per day.

xiv) Effect projector for water /cloud / rain/ fire.

xv) Strobe light 1500 watt (Imported)

xvi) Strobe light (Indian)

xvii) Scanner victory -II with controller (make : SGM)

xviii) Colour lab (make : SGM) - 4 nos.

xix) Smoke machine
