Sub: Maintenance of 8 Nos LG Window Air Conditioners and 4 Nos Carrier Split Air Conditioners. The India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry has regional office at Chennai having 8 Nos LG Window Air Conditioners and 4 Nos Carrier Split Air Conditioners which need to be maintained under Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC). You are requested to inspect all Air Conditioners (1.5 Tonnne) at our Chennai office and send your quotations on or before November 10, 2010, 3.00 pm, in sealed envelope with ‘Quotations for AMC of AC’ superscribed on it. ITPO reserves the right to cancel any offer or to summarily reject all the offers without assigning any reasons.
