Sub: Registration of Agencies for supplying LCDs, Computers with Internet Facilities, Fax Machines and Photocopier For INDIA INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR (IITF)’2011


Applications are invited in prescribed format from the agencies for their registration with India Trade Promotion Organization (a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry) to supply LCDs, Computers with Internet facilities, Fax machines, Photocopier, etc. for the exhibitors/participants of the India International Trade Fair, 2011 to be held during 14-27 November, 2011 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The registered agencies will deal directly to take the orders from the exhibitors and supply the necessary materials for their respective pavilion/stalls.

The application form is available on the website i.e. www.indiatradefair.com which can be downloaded and used as document. The copies of supporting documents such as PAN Number, TIN Number, Service Tax Number, Experience, and Registration with local bodies etc. should also be submitted along with the Application Form upto 24th October, 2011 to:
