Sub: Registration of Agencies for supplying Carpets & Furniture For INDIA INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR (IITF)’2011, (November 14-27, 2011)


Applications are invited in prescribed format from the agencies for their registration with India Trade Promotion Organisation (A Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry) to supply Carpets & Furniture to the exhibitors/ participants of the India International Trade Fair, 2011 to be held during 14-27 November, 2011 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The agencies will deal directly for all purposes including to take orders from the exhibitors, supply the necessary services for their respective pavilion/ stalls and to settle their bills with them for the same.

The application form is available on the website i.e. www.indiatradefair.com which can be downloaded and used as document. The copies of supporting documents such as PAN Number, TIN Number, Service Tax Number, Experience, and Registration with local bodies etc. should also be submitted along with the Application Form upto 24th October, 2011 to:
