Inviting Proposals Subject: Proposal for hiring of Metro panels/hoardings/unipoles. ITPO is considering to hire 75 advertising panels inside Metro Trains at Line-I, Line-II and Line-III. Apart from this 4 hoardings/unipoles are also likely to be hired at strategic locations in Delhi. These medias are required to be hired for the period of six months commencing from 16.9.2011 to 15.3.2012. Interested agencies having sole rights issued by DMRC/concerned agencies may submit their proposals to ITPO in a sealed cover envelope in the name and address of : Shri Girish Issar Senior Manager Publicity Division India Trade Promotion Organisation Pragati Bhawan Pragati Maidan New Delhi The proposal should reach the undersigned latest by 15 July 2011 by 3 PM. ITPO would like to hire these publicity medias preferably at DAVP approved rates. Please submit relevant documents viz. letter of sole rights, period of validity, rentals if approved by DAVP, size and locations of the sites etc.
