Sub Head : Operation of Restaurant during AAHAR CHENNAI 2008 at Chennai
                  Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, Chennai

Offers / bids towards licence fee for the operation of:

1. Restaurant (MULTI CUISINE)
2. Kiosks – specialized in different categories
(a) hot beverages (b) cold beverages

during AAHAR CHENNAI 2008 at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, Chennai from 4th Sept 2008 (morning) to Sept 8th (evening).

ITPO will provide a covered space of 180 sqm to the Restaurant, who will pay actual electricity and water charges and also furnish their area. Minimum offer for the restaurant is 35,000/-(Rupees thirty five thousand only).

The Kiosks will put up their own structure on spaces indicated to them. Electricity and water charges payable on consumption. Minimum offer for each Kiosk is 10,000/-(Ten Thousand only)

Offers may be sent in sealed covers that will be opened on 28th August 2008.

Tender forms can be had on production of Income Tax Clearance Certificate and previous experience in similar works. Tender forms without prescribed EMD will be summarily rejected.
