NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION

The Manager (Civil), Engineering Division, Room No. 143, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of CMD, ITPO invites sealed Item rate quotation for the following work. The quotations as to reach to undersigned on or before dated 06-07-07and the same shall be opened on the same day by him (or) his authorized representative at 3.30 PM in the presence of representative from F/A Division,ITPO and intending tenderer if any. The quotation should be super scribed as quotations for work of Water Auditing of Pragati Maidan New Delhi due on 06-07-2007.

NAME OF WORK:- Maintenance of ITPO Premises at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi during 2007-08
SH.:- Water Auditing of Pragati Maidan

Water audit is to be conducted and the scopes of work involved are as under:

(i) Study of water supply requirement
(ii) Study of water supply distribution network system.
(iii) Study of quantum of water consumption required for the following.

(a) Permanent State Pavilion /Central Ministries Buildings, where water meter has not been provided.
(b) Providing of water facilities to third party participants for the exhibition period only, where providing of water meter is not feasible.
(c) Food Outlets and restaurants, where water meters have been provided and in case of water meter found defective.

(iv) Study of major water consumption / utilization and its evaluation.
(v) Study of factors contributing towards water supply demand during day & night.
(vi) To work out the financial implication and the time.
(vii) Any other relevant items, which may come up during the course of water audit.  
No extra fee for the same will be allowed.
