1. India Trade Promotion Organisation invites sealed tenders in the prescribed form from reputed customs/IATA approved agents (Preferably member of Association and Brokers) to undertake for three years the work of arranging freight, packing, handling/clearing and forwarding of export and import cargo by Sea, Air, Rail and Road, who can operate from Bombay/Nhavasheva for 50 exhibitions organized abroad annually.

2. Detailed tender application forms are attached herewith and the same can be down loaded. The tenders can be deposited with the Sr. Manager, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Jhansi Castle, 7-Cooperage Road, Mumbai-400 039. Last date of receipt of tenders is July 23, 2007 up to 1300 hours. Tenders will be opened in the presence of enterers or their authorized representatives on the same day at 1600 hrs.

3. ITPO reserves the right to reject all or any tender without assigning any reason
