Tender Notice

The Manager (Elect.) Engineering Division, Room No. 147, India Trade Promotion Organization, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of Chairman & Managing Director, ITPO invites sealed item rate tenders for the  following  work  from approved and eligible  contractors  of ITPO/MES/CPWD/P&T/RAILWAYS/STATE PWD etc.   The tender documents will be received up to 3.00PM 30.06.2007 and sealed tenders will be opened by him or his authorized  representative on the same day at 3.30PM.

Earnest Money should be deposited through bank draft in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi (or) cash deposit with the Cashier in Cash Section of ITPO and Bank Draft/Cash receipt to be sent with the application.  Condition  and tender form can be had on production of PAN No. and Sale Tax/VAT/ TIN (as applicable) from the office of the undersigned between 11.00AM to 3.00PM on all working days upto 26.06.2007  for the tender cost mentioned above (Non-refundable).  The tender of contractor who do not deposit the Earnest Money in the aforesaid manner shall be summarily rejected.  Other terms and conditions are as per the tender.
