during India International Leather Fair to held at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, Chennai from 30th Jan  2008 (morning) to 3rd Feb 2008 (evening).

Space will be provided to the Restaurant, who will pay actual electricity and water charges and also furnish their area.  The Reserve price for the restaurant is Rs 60,000/-(Rupees sixty thousand only).

The Kiosks will put up their own structure on spaces indicated to them.  Electricity and water charges will be payable as per consumption.  The reserve price for each Kiosk is Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousand only).

                                    Terms and Conditions

1. In the hot and cold beverages, only tea, coffee, soft drinks, packed fruit juices, bottled mineral water, etc. shall be allowed to be sold.  The sale of ready-to-eat packed food items, sandwiches and other fast food items, etc. which can be prepared in hygienic manner in the absence of kitchen facility shall only be permitted.  Thali / wet meals with subzi /bhazi, etc. will not be permitted. Packet food brought from the main F&B outlet can, however, be served.
   
   
2. Only dispensers, dispensing machines, etc. shall be allowed. Only one electric oven can be kept for heating purpose.
   
   
3. Built-up space of 180 sqm (10m x 18m) will be provided and the companies/licensee shall have to arrange for tables, chairs and fabrication of stall, etc. at their own cost and risk.  Electric connection will be provided.
   
   
4. A maximum load of 10 KW shall be permitted.  If the load exceeds 10 KW, Rs.10,000/- per day shall be charged from the licensee for the period of the operation of the Restaurant.  The electricity connection given shall only be used for dispensing machine(s), electric oven and lighting, etc. of the Restaurant and no other commercial purpose.  Electricity charges as per ITPO rates shall be payable.
   
   
5. The company shall be responsible for the waste disposal and proper hygienic conditions in and around restaurant.  Eco-friendly disposal material shall only be allowed to use.
   
   
6. Since no cooking is permitted, no water connection shall be provided. The party is expected to use bottle pure & safe drinking water.
   
   
7. ITPO reserves the right to withdraw the offer and not operate the Restaurant/Kiosks announced.
   
   
8. ITPO also reserves the right to reject any offer without assigning any reason.
