ITPO invites bid for licensing of outdoor advertisement space at various locations in Pragati Maidan for the period commencing from 1st November, 2010 till 31st July, 2011 from INS accredited Advertising Agencies which are empanelled with Government of Delhi.

Number of advertisement sites : 39

Locations and the sizes of above said advertisement space are indicated in the ITPO website www.indiatradefair.com

Interested parties having experience of at least three years in the field may collect the tender documents from Shri A.K. Srihan, Senior Manager (EMD), ITPO, Pragati Bhavan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on all working days from 20th September, 2010 to 11th October, 2010 between 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM or download the same from ITPO website : www.indiatrdefair.com

The tenders will be accepted by 3:00 PM on 11th October, 2010 which will be opened at 4:00 PM on 11th October, 2010 in the presence of interested bidders.
