Dear Sir,

India Trade Promotion Organisation has 8 number of fax machines of the above model purchased in February'04. To have a proper maintenance of the above fax machines, ITPO invite rate for comprehensive AMC for the above 8 number of fax machines.

You are requested to submit your sealed quotation for comprehensive AMC for the above machines by 16.7.07 latest by 3.00 p.m. The quotation may be deposited in a tender box kept in Room No.40A, Ground Floor, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001. The tender received by the above date and time will be opened at 4.00 p.m. on the same day.
