        The  Manager (AV/Elect.) on behalf of Chairman-cum-Managing Director, India Trade promotion Organisation invites applications for tender for Installation of CCTV Networks on hire basis during IITF'2007, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. .w.e.f. 14th November to 27th November,2007, New Delhi.

Estimated Amount :	Rs.6,44,000.00
Earnest Money:	Rs.16,100.00 ( to be deposited with request  application for issue of tender document through Bank Draft in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation. New Delhi).
Tender Cost:	Rs.500.00 (Non-refundable)
Performance Guarantee	5% of the tendered amount. (To be  deposited before award of work).
Security Deposit	5% of the tendered amount.

        Specialized firms who meet the following criteria and are willing to tender for the work should apply to Manager(AV/Elect.),  Room No.147, Annexe Building, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi – 110001, latest by 5.00PM on 23.08.2007 (1) Average financial annual turnover during last 3 years ending 31st March, 2007 should be atleast Rs.1.94 lakh.  (2) Experience of having successfully carried out CCTV works for Govt./Semi Govt./PSU during  last 7 years ending 30.06.2007 in following numbers and value:  (a) Three works costing  not less than Rs.2.58 lakh each or (b) Two works costing not less than Rs.3.22 lakh each or (c) one work costing not less than Rs. 5.16 lakh.

The applications should be accompanied with certified copies of balance sheets and satisfactory completion certificates issued by concerned Govt./Semi Govt./PSU for the works not below the level of Executive Engineer/Manager.

        The Technical Bids & Financial Bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelope supercribing clearly on the face of envelope.  The financial bids will be opened  only those agencies whose technical bids found to be successful.  The entire process will be evaluated by a designated committee appointed by Competent Authority.

        The date of submission of bids (both Technical  & Financial) is upto 3.00 PM on or before  27.08.2007 and the only Technical bids will be opened at 3.30PM on same day.  The intimation for opening of financial bids of  only successful Technical bidders will be communicated separately.
