Sealed quotation are invited by Manager(Elect.), Room No.147,
India Trade PromotionOrganisation(ITPO), Pragati Bhawan, Pragati
Maidan, New Delhi, for the following items of work on item rate
basis so as to reach the undersigned on or before 10.07.2007 upto
3.00 PM. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30
PM in presence of the tenderers or their authorized representative.

NAME OF WORK : ANNUAL MAINENANCE CONTRACT FOR LCD PROJECTOR DURING
2007-08.
Terms & Condition :
1. ITPO reserve the right to reject any or all the quotation s
without assigning any reason whatsoever.
2. The rates offered should be valid for 60 days from the date
of opening of quotations.
3. Payment will be made quarterly after satisfactory service has
been rendered by the contractor.
4. Spares supplied and used shall be genuine and good quality.
5. The agency will send their engineer once in a month for checking
up the equipment.
6. The contract will cover the accessories and attachments which
are part & parcel of equipment also.
7. Breakdown s shall be attended promptly. In case of a breakdown
of the projector, if the contractor fails to restore it within
4 hours of the intimation of breakdown by ITPO to him, he will
provide service projector till its restoration at his own cost
and nothing extra will be paid on this account.
