Sealed quotations are invited by the Manager(Elect./AV), ITPO, Room No.147, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi for the following equipment on rental basis during IITF'2007 (November 13 to 27, 2007) on item rate basis so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 24.07.2007 by 3.00 PM. The sealed quotations shall be opened by him or his authorized representative on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the tenderers or their representative.

Terms & Conditions

1. The rental charges indicated above is for 15 operational during (Nov. 13-27,2007). The price should i/c freight, transits, insurance, handling charges, installation charges etc. as required.

2. The XBIS scanners shall be installed in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi any break down services will be provide free of cost during the contract days for the period of rentals. The Engineers should be at stand by during the rental period to attend any breakdown/maintenance of the machines.

3. The offer should be valid for a period of 60 days from the date of opening of the quotation.

4. The rate should i/c the maintenance of the equipment and deployment of operational staff during the contract period.

5. Terms of payment should be clearly indicated in the offer.
6. Any Govt. levy/taxes shall be clearly indicted if any.
