The Manager (Elect), Engineering Division, Room No. 147, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of Chairman & Managing Director, ITPO invites sealed item rate tender for the following work from eligible contractors/authorized dealers/ licence holder from Ministry of Communications authorizing to undertake this work. The tender documents will be received upto 3.00PM on 10.07.2007 and sealed tenders will be opened by him or his authorized representative on the same day at 3.30PM.

Earnest Money should be deposited through bank draft in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi (or) cash deposit with the Cashier in Cash Section of ITPO and Bank Draft/Cash receipt to be sent with the application. Condition and tender form can be had on production of PAN No. and Sale Tax/VAT/ TIN (as applicable) from the office of the undersigned between 11.00AM to 3.00PM on all working days upto 07.07.2007 for the tender cost mentioned above (Non-refundable). The application of contractor who do not deposit the Earnest Money in the aforesaid manner shall be summarily rejected. Other terms and conditions are as per the tender.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The rate offered should include the transportation charges etc. The agency should be an authorized dealer for M/s.Motorola or licence holder from Ministry of Telecommunication authorizing to undertake this work. Documentary evidence to this effect must be enclosed with the tenders failing which the quotation may not be considered.

2. ITPO reserve the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

3. The rates offered should be valid for 60 days from the date of opening of quotation.

4. Payment will be make quarterly after satisfactory service has been rendered by the contractor.

5. The agency will send their engineer once in a month for checking up the equipment.

6. The contract will cover the accessories also which are part & parcel of equipment.

7. In case of breakdown, if the contractor fails to restore communication system within 8 hours of its intimation to the contractor, the work will be got done by ITPO at their risk and cost of the contractor.
