Dear Sir,
Quotations are hereby invited for supply of the following items subject to our standard terms and conditions printed overleaf. Quotation along with earnest money deposit Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousand only) indicating price, time of delivery, with details specifications, relevant drawings, pamphlet and literature wherever applicable should reach this office on or before 09-10 -2007 at 3-00 P.M. and same will be opened on the same day at 3.30 P.M. in the presence of intending quotationer/their authorized representative:-

Please deposit 50 Nos.of A-4 size Photocopier paper which your company's stamp for quality check.
