Subject:- Offer for inviting quotation for supply of 10 nos. of Digital Photo Copying Machines

against old 10 nos. of Modi Xerox, Canon, Ricoh Photo Copying Machines under buy back scheme.

Dear Sir,

We shall be grateful to receive your sealed quotation for supply of 10 nos. of Digital photo copy machines having speed of 15 copies per minute copy size maximum A-3 with reduction/enlargement facility against 10 nos. old Photo copy machines as per details given at "Annexure". Quotations indicating price of new digital photocopier 15 CPM, with detailed specifications, delivery time, pamphlets and literature where applicable, buy back price of 10 nos. of old Modi Xerox, Canon, Ricoh photocopying machines (individual and lot wise both) should reach us latest by 3.00 pm on 10th August, 2007. The received quotation will be opened at 3.30 pm on the same day.

Note:

1. If the photocopier is registered with DGS&D, Kendriya Bhandar, NCCF please attach copies of approved rate contract.

2. List of Government Organisations where similar machines are functioning.

3. Cost of consumables and their source of supply.

4. Warranty of machines.

5. Annual Maintenance Contract charges with consumables. These charges should remain firm for atleast five years.

6. The 10 nos. old Modi Xerox, Canon, Ricoh Photocopiers may kindly be seen and inspected by your company's representatives in our office till 9th August, 2007 between 11.00 am to 5.00 pm on any working day.

7. The old Modi Xerox, Canon, Ricoh Photocopier machines will be given on "As is where basis is and as is wherever there is basis".

8. Quotations should be free from corrections and erasers.

9. Price quoted should be inclusive of freight, packaging, forwarding and insurance. The quotation should clearly indicate in case VAT/Sales Tax, Excise duty and any other Govt. Levies charges are to be paid extra. If the absence of any such stipulation, it will be assumed that your quotation is inclusive of all these taxes/VAT etc.

10. ITPO also reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation in part or full without assigning any reason whatsoever.

11. The validity of the quotation should be for minimum period of 90 days and the delivery period should be mentioned in your quotation.

12. Suppliers have to provide necessary training for operation of the machine after its installation and commissioning.

Please send your quotation to Manager(Stores) indicating Enquiry No. and last date of the quotation on the top of the envelope.
