Subject:-  Enquiry for supply of Digital Duplicator

Dear Sir,

We shall be grateful to receive your sealed quotation for supply of the following items subject to our standard terms and conditions printed overleaf.  Quotations indicating price, time of delivery with detailed specifications relevant drawings, pamphlet and literature where applicable should reach us on or before 28th June, 2007 at 3.00 pm and same will be opened on the same day at 3.30 pm.

Note:  1. Please quote:
(a) DGS&D rates of the machines (attached RC copy)
(b) Buy back offer of old existing Gestetner Copy Printer Model No.5327 (which may be seen in the Stores Division of our office on any working day between 10.00-5.00 pm.)
(c) AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Comprehensive which should be preferably static for minimum two years after the warranty period to be provided by the manufacturers/suppliers.
(d) Cost of Consumables to be used in the machine i.e. Master, Ink etc. with yield (print outs) and their source of supply.
(e) Warranty of the machine
(f)  Validity of rates
(g) Terms of payment
(h) The list of your valuable customers using the Duplicating Machine.
(i) Delivery period
(j) Govt. Taxes & Levis
