PRESS TENDER NOTICE

The Manager (Civil), Engineering Division, Room No. 142, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of CMD, ITPO invites sealed Item rate tender for the work from specilised agencies up to 3.00 PM on 16-8-2007 which will be opened on the same day by him (or) his authorised representative at 3.30 PM.

Name of work: - Setting up of stall for commodity fairs & IITF-07 at Pragati Maidan during 07-08. (7-11-07 to 31-7-08)

S.H:- Hiring of needle punch carpet for various fairs.
Time for Completion: - 7-11-07 to 31-07-2008
Estimated Cost: - 32, 02,100/-

Earnest Money: - 80,100/-, Cost of Tender:-Rs, 1,000/-& Security Deposit--5 %
Performance guarantee deposit (to be deposited before award of work) -- 5 %

The tender will be issued only to those agencies who have satisfactorily completion certificate of minimum five works each costing not less than Rs 5.00 Lakh of the estimated cost of similar nature of work in exhibitions during last three years. The ITPO reserve the right to reject any of the applications without assigning any reasons what so ever& to split up any/all the work and award full or in part to more then one contractor.

Earnest Money should be deposited through Bank Draft drawn in favor of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi (or) cash deposited with the Cashier in Cash Section of ITPO and Bank Draft/Cash Receipt to be sent with the application

Condition and tender forms can be had from the office of the undersigned on production of PAN Number and TIN Number between 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM on all working days up to 10-8-2007 for the tender cost mentioned as above (Non Refundable). The tender of the contractor who do not deposit the earnest money in the aforesaid manner shall be summarily rejected.
