Tender Notice (to be displayed on web-site)

The Manager (Civil), Engineering Division, Room No. 144, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi invites applications for the Parking area opp. Gate No.2 near Bhairon Mandir, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi for the period of one year. Those agencies have minimum experience of five years in operation of Car Parking/scooter/Cycle stand for big/reputed Organisation; Govt. Undertakings and other Govt. Departments etc. may submit their bids.

Wiling agencies shall required to submit their complete details in the technical bid alongwith information of the works undertaken by them during the last five years supported with certified copies of relevant documents (please note that experience/work at various places in the same year will be counted as experience of one year only)indicating Registration No. if any, financial standing of the firm, latest income tax clearance certificate or PAN No., statement of annual turn over, balance sheet for the last three years, satisfactory completion certificate of the job from the concerned officers/clients, employees Provident Funds account no., & ESI No. etc. The entire process will be evaluated by a designated committee appointed by the Deptt.

The Technical Bids & Financial Bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelope superscripting clearly on the face of envelope. The financial bids will be opened only those agencies whose technical bids found to be successful. Tender forms for financial bid can be had from the office of the Manager (Civil) Room No. 144, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan New Delhi between 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM on all working days up to 13.08.2007. The tender cost of Rs.500/- is non Refundable.

The date of submission of bids in tender box kept in above mentioned room (both Technical & Financial) is upto 3.00 PM on or before 17.08.2007 and the only Technical bids will be opened at 3.30PM on same day. The intimation for opening of financial bids of only successful Technical bidder will be communicated separately.
