The Regional Manager(Kolkata), India Trade Promotion Organisation, at 1/1, Wood Street, 5th floor, Kolkata-700 016 invites sealed quotation for computerized registration desk related to 14th ILGF at Kolkata.

The 14th International Leather Goods Fair'09 (ILGF'09) will be held during February 22-24, 2009 in ITC Sonar Bangla Hotel, Kolkata , where leather & leather related products machineries would be on display. Approximately 500 visitors will visit the fair everyday.

Requirement: (Two) 2 Nos. P-IV Computers & (One) 1 No Printer on hire basis for the fair days i.e. from 22-24 February,2009. The Computers will be used for registration of business visitors. (Two) 2 Nos. manpower will be required, one of them will be engaged for registration of visitors & another will be engaged for data entry.

Experience: Working in Trade Fairs with similar type of work.
