The 14th edition of Tex-Styles India Fair and AAHAR Fair 2008 are being organized by ITPO during March, 2008. ITPO would be setting up Business Centre and Cyber Café in the exhibition halls during these Fairs for the convenience of participants and business visitors from India and overseas. For this purpose, we shall require about 8 (eight) Pentium-IV computers with laser printers with internet facility having minimum 512 kbps speed during each Fair.

In addition, photocopying, fax and telephone facilities with ISD and STD are also proposed to be installed. ITPO would be providing the requisite number of telephone lines and the bill as per actuals for the calls and rent etc. would be borne by the successful bidding company. At the same time, a small Stationery Shop is also proposed to be set up in the Business Centre. Space, furniture and electricity would be made provided by ITPO free of cost.

The rates for the above are invited from interested companies in sealed cover in the attached proforma for commercial bids. The envelope containing the bid should be superscribed with the tender No. and “Tender for setting up Business Centre and Cyber Café”.
