India Trade Promotion Organisation will be organising its annual event Tex-Styles India Fair in Hall Nos. 8,9,10,11 & 12 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from March 2 to 5, 2008.

        There will be about 250 participants in the Fair and ITPO will provide Mobile Telephone to participants booking 30 sq. mtrs. and above on the following terms and conditions.

1.        ITPO will incur an expenditure of Rs. 1000/- inclusive of airtime + rental charges + all taxes for maximum of six days i.e. from February 29 to March 5, 2008. Payment in respect of telephones hired by ITPO for participants will be made directly to your company at the rate of maximum of Rs. 1000/- or actual whichever is less inclusive of all services/taxes.
2.        You will be directly dealing with the companies authorized by ITPO for providing Mobile Telephones for handing over and collecting the sets as also amount over and above Rs. 1000/- (inclusive of rentals + airtime + all  taxes).
3        After the completion of the Fair, the bill may be submitted to ITPO for payment         alongwith detailed expenditure on         such telephones.

        If interested for providing Mobile Telephone to participants of Tex-Styles India 2008  Fair, you are requested to quote for the following:-

-        The break-up of Rs. 1000/- i.e. provision of airtime charges as also rentals for six days for providing Mobile Telephone to participants authorized by ITPO.
-        Rates for providing Mobile Telephone with airtime on rental charges for 4-5 days to other participants who will be booking space less than 30 sq. mtrs. and interested to have Mobile Telephone.
-        Number of Mobile Telephones with free airtime use to be provided to ITPO on complimentary basis with number of days for each telephone.
-        You may also quote fixed amount to be charged in respect of mobile telephones hired by ITPO for participants for unlimited local call use from 29th February to 5th March, 2008.

        ITPO will provide complimentary table space in one of the Halls for providing Mobile Telephone to participants of Tex-Styles India 2008 Fair. Please note that ITPO will not be responsible for any loss/damage or non-recovery of Mobile Telephone Sets and dues over and above Rs. 1000/- from the participants authorized by ITPO for providing mobile telephones and those participants to whom the mobile telephone will be provided directly by your Agency.

        Your sealed quotations should reach us positively by 1st October, 2007 accepting Terms and Conditions as above.
