Sub: Quotation For Evaluation of 15th Tex-Styles India Fair

The 15th edition of 'Tex-Styles India 2009' fair will be held at Pragati Maidan (Hall Nos. 8-11), New Delhi during March 01-03, 2009. The fair will cover the product profile: Fibres & Yarn, Fabrics, Home Furnishings, Made-Ups, Trims & Accessories, Shawls/Scarves/Stoles and Textile Gifts. This is a B-2-B fair with visitors not only from India, but also from other countries across the globe.

ITPO intends to appoint an independent agency to undertake evaluation of this annual fair covering the satisfaction and business mileage generated by the fair for both the exhibitors and the visitors, and also to assess ITPO's effectiveness and professionalism for organizing the fair.

Interested management consulting companies/management consultants well versed in marketing discipline may send their proposal alongwith their profile giving relevant experience and consolidated fees with terms and conditions, in two separate sealed covers (i). Technical Bid and (ii). Financial Bid addressed to the undersigned India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), Room No. 225, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi - 110 001. Your proposal should reach ITPO latest by February 20, 2009 upto 1:00 pm. The bids will be opened same day at 04:00 PM. A draft report of evaluation should be submitted by 14/03/2009, and the final report by 28/03/2009.
