TENDER NOTICE
Hiring of light duty cranes during India International Trade Fair’ 2007.

The INDIA TRADE PROMOTION ORGANISATION, a Central Government Public Sector Enterprise invites the sealed quotations from the Delhi based Crane Operators to provide the services of light duty Cranes for 12 hrs. duty daily from 13th to 28th November, 2007 during India International Trade Fair’ 2007 to be held at Pragati Maidan from 14th to 27th November, 2007.  

The sealed quotations should reach to the Manager (Security), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001 latest by 10th August, 2007 by 1.30 p.m. and the sealed quotation will be opened at 3.00 p.m. on the same day in the presence of the representatives of the companies/agencies. The ITPO reserves the right to reject any/all offers without assigning any reason.  

Terms & Conditions

1. All the cranes are required to be in good condition with sufficient number of staff and the cranes should be fitted with PA system.
2. In case the party withdraws or failed to meet ITPO’s requirement will amount 25% deduction from the total billing.
3. The cranes will be utilized both by ITPO as well as by Delhi Traffic Police.
4. All safety precautions would be followed by the crane provider to avoid any mishap.  In case of any mishap the party will be held responsible.
