Sub: Procurement of one Digital Photocopy Machine against By-back Scheme for Regional Office, Mumbai

Dear Sir,

We shall be grateful to receive your sealed quotation for supply of the following item subject to approval of technical Specifications and financial information as per Annexure-I and standard terms and conditions as per Annexure-II. Quotations indicating price, time of delivery with detailed specifications relevant drawings, pamphlet and literature where applicable should reach us on or before 18th December, 2008 at 3.00 pm and the same will be opened on the same day at 3.30 pm in the presence of intending parties or their authorized representatives.

Photocopier should be registered with DGS&D/ Kendriya Bhandar. Please attach a Copy of the Certificate of registration with any of the above mentioned agencies/offices.

The quotations in sealed cover should be addressed to Manager (Stores), Prantik Building, near Gate No.1, Stores Division, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110001. The sealed quotations may be put in the tender box kept with Manager (Stores). The quotations received after the stipulated date and time will not be accepted. The tender envelope should be in sealed cover, superscribing "Tender for supply of One Digital Photocopy Machine for Regional Office, Mumbai".
