Tender Notice
The Regional Manager ( Kolkata ) , India Trade Promotion Organisation, International Trade Facilitation Centre at 1/1, Wood Street, 5th Floor, Kolkata-700 016 on behalf of CMD, ITPO invite Item Rate Tender for the following works from specialized agencies up to 3.00 PM on 3.12.2007 which will be opened on the same day by him ( or ) his authorized representative at 3.30 PM. Tender will be issued only to those agencies who have satisfactorily completion of minimum two works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of similar nature of work in exhibitions during last three years.

Earnest Money should be deposited through Bank Draft drawn in favor of India Trade Promotion Organisation ( or ) cash deposited with the Cashier of ITPO ( Kolkata ) and Bank Draft/Cash Receipt to be sent with the application.
Condition and tender forms can be had from the office of the undersigned on production of PAN NO from the office of the undersigned between 11.00 AM. to 4.00 PM on all working days up to 29.11.2007 for the tender cost mentioned as above ( Non Refundable ).
