Sub: Quotation for printing of Posters with strip gumming.

Printing process : Offset printing

Design : Approved design/colour scheme will be provided

Size : 17 ¼ “ x 24”

Colours : 4+0 colour

Quantity : 500 nos.

Lamination : Gloss/matt lamination

Gumming : Strip gumming would be at the back

Paper : 130 gsm Magnostar Art paper

Delivery schedule & penalty : 5 days from the final print order. In case of late delivery 5% per day penalty ( on bill amount ) will be levied. In case of poor quality, suitable amount decided by Competent Authority will be deducted/whole lot rejected or fresh printing ordered at no extra cost to ITPO .

Last date for submission : Quotation on your letterhead duly signed and stamped , be submitted to Regional Manager , ITPO,Kolkata at 1/1 Wood Street, Kolkata – 700016,on or before 1^st August 2011 by 3.00 p.m. in lac sealed cover specifying the name of the job on top of the envelope.

Opening on : 1^st August 2011 at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of printers who wish to be present.

The rates will be valid for 12 months ( 01 Year)

ITPO reserves the right to award the job to any supplier irrespective of the lowest quotationer/cancel one or all quotations without assigning any reason. No deviations/representations/explanations will be entertained after submission of quotation.
