a.Size of brochure : 8”x10.3”( close size) / 5.5” x 8.5”
16” x 10.3” ( open size)/ 11” x 8.5”

Paper : Art Board, 250gsm,with single side matt lamination.

Colours : 4+0

Quantity : 500, 1000

b. Application form inside the brochure:: Size : 7 ½ x10” /5” x 8” Paper : Super Sunshine 95gsm Color : Single color( 2 ,4pages) Quantity : 500,1000

c. Envelopes for brochure:

Size of envelopes: 9”x 10” / 6” x 9”

Paper : Maplitho

Printing : Silkscreen

Art work : As specified by ITPO.

Processing : Processing will be done by the printer through image setter.

Delivery schedule & penalty : 5days from the date of final print order .In case of late delivery,5% per day penalty ( on bill amount) will be levied. In case of poor quality , suitable amount decided by Competent authority will be deducted /whole lot rejected or fresh printing ordered at no extra cost to ITPO.

Last date for submission: Quotation on your letter head duly signed and stamped , be submitted to Regional Manager ,ITPO,Kolkata at 1/1 Wood Street, Kolkata – 700016, on or before 8th February 2010 by 3.00 p.m. in lac sealed cover specifying the name of job on top of the envelope.

Opening on : 8th February 2010 at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of the printers who wish to be present.

The rates will be valid for 12 months.

ITPO reserves the right to award the job to any supplier irrespective of the lowest quotations/cancel one or all quotations without assigning any reason. No deviations /representations/explanations will be entertained after submission of quotations.
