The Local area network will be under maintenance by the vendor for a period of one year upon successful completion of the job. The estimated requirement of items and related services are as below:

Notes:

The vendor/supplier will:
• lay the CAT6 cable in PVC conduits/channels and fix the information outlets with SMBs and terminate the CAT6 cables in them (crimping etc.)
• configure/customize the PCs with IP addresses, subnet mask etc. and physically connect them to the network switch.
• Clarifications, if any, may be sought between 10.00 AM and 05.00 PM till May 23, 2008.

Last date of submission of quotation: Sealed quotation on company’s letterhead duly signed and stamped may be submitted on or before 26.05.2008 by 3.30 p.m in lac sealed cover specifying supply of LAN peripherals and installation on the top of the envelope to the following address.
