The Regional Manager(Kolkata), India Trade Promotion Organisation, at 1/1, Wood Street, 5th floor, Kolkata-700 016 invites sealed quotation for Fire Fighting Equipment related to 14th ILGF at Kolkata.

The 14th International Leather Goods Fair (ILGF) will be held during February 20-22, 2009 at Milon Mela (Permanent Exhibition Ground) at JBS Halden Avenue, Kolkata, where leather & leather related products, machineries would be on display.

Installation of Fire Fighting Equipment is requested as per West Bengal Fire Service Act inside the venue/halls.

Minimum Number of Fire Fighting Equipments required: Fifty (50) nos. portable type Fire Extinguishers on hire basis.

Minimum Number of equipment operators: Two (2) nos.

Experience: Working in Trade Fairs with similar type of work.

Last date for submission of quotation: Quotation on your letter head duly signed and stamped may be submitted on or before 28th November,2008, at 13:00 Hrs. in lac sealed cover specifying name of the job on top of the envelope to the following
